Ocean Cross Capital Markets to Place $2Million Financing

CAMERON PARK, CA – 02/06/2012 -- Steele Resources Corporation (the "Company", “SRC”) (OTCBB: SELR) reported today that it has engaged Ocean Cross Capital Markets, LLC (“Ocean Cross”) to act as the Company’s placement agent to arrange private financing for the Company of up to $2,000,000 of senior convertible debt.  Ocean Cross will use its best efforts to secure this financing from its existing qualified clientele and contacts.
